About the Role

You will help shape the Order-to-Cash area in a major ERP transformation in a global manufacturing environment. O2C is a central part of the commercial flow, and this role connects sales, delivery, invoicing, and target architecture across multiple programs covering both wholesale and retail operations.

You will work closely with business and program stakeholders to create end-to-end consistency across Order-to-Cash and Order-to-Delivery, while aligning decisions with the broader commercial architecture. This is a strong opportunity for you who enjoy turning complex business needs into pragmatic architecture and want real influence over process design in an ERP landscape built around SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Job Description

• You represent and safeguard the O2C and O2D processes from both a business process and architecture perspective.
• You guide design decisions so they support business goals, target architecture, efficiency, scalability, and industry best practices.
• You partner closely with realization leads to move deliveries forward with pragmatic, results-oriented solutions.
• You support Business Process Owners in defining, documenting, and governing global processes and templates.
• You drive and facilitate O2C-related change management and manage related change requests within the program context.
• You collaborate with cross-program process streams and the Service Integrator to secure seamless integration across the ERP landscape.
• You identify business impacts when processes are aligned with industry standards and communicate those impacts clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of documented experience relevant to the role.
• Documented experience within the Order-to-Delivery domain in a manufacturing environment.
• Main competency in the Sales area and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Experience from multiple ERP implementation projects.
• Solid understanding of sales, delivery, and invoicing processes.
• Significant background in business architecture in complex and global contexts.
• Documented ERP experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with process documentation and process documentation tools, where ARIS is currently used.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• You are confident in stakeholder communication, collaboration, and cross-functional alignment.

• University degree, preferably in Computer Science.
