About the Role

You will join a well-established Agile team working with schematics and cable harness development for bus chassis, with a strong focus on eMobility projects. In this role, you help secure progress across engineering activities by bringing structure, clear coordination, and close follow-up in a technically advanced vehicle development environment.

You act as a key link between stakeholders and the design team, making sure priorities are aligned, risks are visible, and milestone deliveries move forward as planned. The role combines project coordination with daily support to the team, where both technical understanding and strong collaboration are important.

Job Description

• You coordinate and follow up activities connected to test vehicle components and ongoing engineering work.
• You plan and oversee the development of schematics and cable harnesses for active vehicle projects.
• You track deviations, support corrective actions, and help keep project execution on course.
• You secure milestone deliveries by creating visibility around progress, dependencies, and next steps.
• You report status, risks, and delivery progress in project forums and stakeholder meetings.
• You support the design and engineering team in day-to-day work and help remove blockers that affect delivery.
• You facilitate collaboration across teams and functions to create strong alignment around priorities and execution.
• You contribute to a positive, engaged, and high-performing team environment.
• You also support line-related coordination, including improvement initiatives when needed.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in design and engineering work.
• Proven experience in coordination, planning, and follow-up activities.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and project-oriented environments.
• Strong communication skills and experience managing stakeholders.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience from Scania or TRATON organizations.
• Experience in cable harness design using Saber.
