Job Description

• You work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• You translate business needs into clear requirements, process flows, and actionable input for digital teams.
• You support the design and implementation of digital solutions that create real business value.
• You collaborate with product owners, developers, architects, and UX specialists to create shared understanding and move initiatives forward.
• You contribute to prioritization, roadmap discussions, and continuous improvement across digital initiatives.
• You act as the link between business and digital, helping teams align around needs, scope, and next steps.
• You structure complex information into clear recommendations that support decision-making and execution.

Requirements

• Experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within digital, IT, or transformation environments.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex information into clear recommendations and requirements.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and clarifying business requirements together with stakeholders.
• Good understanding of business processes, digital products, and Agile ways of working.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust across different functions and perspectives.
• A proactive and improvement-oriented way of working, with the curiosity to challenge and refine ideas.
• Ability to complete background checks covering identity, right to work, address history, education, financial status, and criminal record in line with local regulations.
