About the Role

You will shape the digital foundation behind services that help dealers and machine owners improve uptime and productivity. The environment is technically close to engineering and built around reliable data, scalable platforms, and the integrations that connect machine platforms with downstream digital services.

As a Digital Product Manager, you will work where business priorities and technical decisions meet. You will guide the product from vision to continuous improvement, making sure data is trusted, accessible, and valuable across the wider digital landscape. This role is a strong match if you enjoy turning complex data flows and platform capabilities into products that create clear business value.

Job Description

• You will own and drive the product at the intersection of business and technology, with a strong focus on data and platform capabilities.
• You will define and evolve product vision, strategy, goals, roadmap, and budget in line with business needs and platform direction.
• You will translate business, customer, and operational needs into scalable, reliable, and data-driven solutions.
• You will secure a holistic product view across data flows, integrations, and downstream service needs throughout the full product lifecycle.
• You will lead product planning, including prioritization and resource planning, and help ensure alignment with legal, security, and data governance requirements.
• You will work closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to drive delivery, release planning, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• You will use performance, data quality, and platform reliability insights to optimize the product and maximize business value.

Requirements

• You have Minimum 5 Years’ relevant experience.
• You have a university degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field.
• You have strong experience in digital product management.
• You have a good understanding of software development, system architecture, and data flows across distributed systems.
• You have experience working in agile environments and with cross-functional, engineering-driven teams.
• You are comfortable bridging business and technical perspectives and working closely with stakeholders.
• You have a strong understanding of data ecosystems, platform thinking, and system interdependencies.
• You have an analytical and structured approach and make data-driven decisions.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• You have a valid work permit for Sweden if you are not an EU citizen.
• You can complete the required background check.

Nice to have

• You have experience from data platforms, APIs, or other technical product environments.
• You have Swedish language skills.
