About the Role

You will lead a business-critical SAP S/4 implementation in an environment where business processes, system setup, and organizational readiness all need to come together. Working closely with functional experts and a global implementation team, you will take overall responsibility for project success and make sure the transformation moves forward with clear priorities, aligned stakeholders, and controlled risks.

Job Description

• You will define the scope and success criteria for the ERP project.
• You will create and drive the project plan, including timeline, milestones, dependencies, and resource needs.
• You will identify stakeholders, clarify roles, and coordinate the right resources across the project.
• You will gather and structure business requirements and connect them to current processes and target ways of working.
• You will track schedule, scope, deliverables, and overall progress to keep execution on track.
• You will lead risk management and handle issues and blockers that affect delivery.
• You will coordinate activities related to data migration and system configuration together with relevant experts.
• You will drive testing, validation, and user acceptance to support a stable go-live.
• You will support training, communication, and go-live readiness across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience in ERP project management with SAP S/4.
• Subject matter expertise within ERP implementations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Advanced skills in knowledge transfer and presentations.
• Strong planning and execution skills.
• Experience in leadership and team coordination.
• Understanding of business processes within finance, logistics, sales, and purchasing.
• Understanding of technical implementation in an ERP context.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
