About the Role
You will join a global organization in the construction equipment sector where aftermarket performance is critical to customer uptime. In this role, you will help secure parts availability throughout the full machine lifecycle, from new product launches to legacy models, and make sure dealers and regions have the right support to keep machines running.
You will work with a dual focus. On one hand, you will support dealers in Europe and international markets by identifying critical parts and shaping stock-up proposals. On the other, you will represent the parts and logistics expertise area in cross-functional forums and contribute to improvements that strengthen availability across several regions.
This is a role for you who enjoy combining customer focus, data, logistics, and cross-functional collaboration to improve uptime and influence how parts support is developed going forward.
Job Description
- You will identify critical parts for both new and existing machines and help secure long-term availability.
- You will create stock-up lists and proposals based on data, analysis, and customer feedback.
- You will support dealers in Europe and international markets with parts lifecycle and availability needs.
- You will represent the Center of Expertise for Parts and Logistics in cross-functional forums.
- You will collaborate with regions, dealers, and project teams to improve parts support across the business.
- You will contribute to the development of the product launch process with a focus on reducing cost and increasing machine uptime.
- You will help strengthen aftermarket performance by combining a holistic view with attention to detail in daily work.
Requirements
- Strong customer focus and a genuine passion for delivering excellent service.
- Interest in business and the ability to contribute to customer success.
- Strong technical interest and confidence working in different systems.
- Understanding of service market supply chains and commercial awareness.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including dealers, regions, and project teams.
- Ability to work in a structured way with data, analysis, and detailed information.
- Clear communication skills in verbal and digital channels.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to complete an adequate background check before start.
