About the Role

You will take ownership of critical network services in a large and complex enterprise environment where stable delivery, clear governance, and continuous improvement are central. In this role, you connect business needs with suppliers and delivery teams, making sure services meet expectations around performance, compliance, and long-term direction. You will work across service strategy, daily follow-up, and improvement initiatives, with real influence over roadmaps, vendor collaboration, and how network services evolve.

Job Description

• You will create and maintain roadmaps for network services and contribute to broader service portfolio planning.
• You will work closely with stakeholders to align network services with business goals and changing requirements.
• You will support governance, agreements, and service lifecycle management for network services.
• You will follow up on service performance through KPIs, SLAs, and XLAs, and drive corrective actions when needed.
• You will analyze service performance and stakeholder feedback to identify and lead improvement initiatives.
• You will coordinate service-related activities with internal teams and external delivery partners.
• You will act as the main point of contact for business stakeholders, suppliers, vendors, and service delivery teams.
• You will communicate service performance, risks, roadmaps, and planned improvements to relevant stakeholders.
• You will manage budgets, forecasting, cost follow-up, and financial reporting for network services.
• You will help ensure compliance with Information Security, Privacy, GDPR, and Export Control requirements.
• You will drive optimization through service enhancements, automation, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• University degree in a related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience within Service Management, IT Operations, Infrastructure Services, or Network Services.
• Experience with Service Management and ITSM practices, including service lifecycle management.
• Experience with supplier, vendor, contract, and governance management.
• Experience with portfolio management practices.
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Experience with service performance management using KPIs and SLAs.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• You are comfortable balancing risks, competing priorities, and stakeholder expectations in a structured way.

Nice to have

• Experience working in large enterprise environments with outsourced service delivery models.
