About the Role

You will join a newly formed digital transformation team within a high-tech defense environment, where the focus is on improving how finance-related value flows work through AI, automation, and other digital technologies. This is a hands-on role for you who want to move from ideas to real change by identifying opportunities, shaping initiatives, and helping teams realize measurable business value.

You will work close to colleagues in AI, data, and change management, while also collaborating with a broader transformation office focused on emerging technologies, operating models, and cross-functional initiatives. The role gives you the chance to influence how digital ways of working are built from the ground up in a complex and forward-looking organization.

Job Description

• You will drive digital transformation initiatives across finance-related processes with a digital- and AI-first approach.
• You will lead and facilitate innovation and enablement workshops together with local teams.
• You will assess digital use cases and help identify where AI, automation, and data-driven solutions can create the most value.
• You will create business cases and turn business needs into clear digital requirements.
• You will drive realization initiatives from idea through implementation and follow-up.
• You will track actual business impact and help ensure that improvements deliver long-term value.
• You will collaborate closely with business and tech teams, as well as stakeholders in AI, data, change management, and digital transformation.
• You will contribute to cross-functional initiatives linked to new technologies, operating models, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience in value stream mapping and/or process development
• Experience in digital- and AI technologies, for example data analytics, automation, and AI solutions
• Proven ability to collaborate with business and tech teams and translate business needs into digital requirements
• Experience with security, governance, and compliance in digital- and AI projects
• Fluent in both Swedish and English

Nice to have

• Experience in end-to-end automation and AI solutions delivery, including assessment, design, development, deployment, and scaling
• Experience leading digitalization-driven transformation projects in complex, cross-functional environments
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and optimization through digitalization
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping, and how they connect to automation initiatives
