About the Role

You will play a central role in an SAP implementation in a production environment where business readiness is critical to success. In this role, you act as the link between the project organization and the local business, making sure operational needs, business requirements, and ways of working are understood and reflected throughout the transformation.

You will work closely with managers, process owners, key users, and project stakeholders across functions. Your focus is to create alignment, support decisions, and help the organization prepare for new processes and systems in a structured and practical way. Job Description

• You represent the production unit in the SAP implementation and make sure business perspectives are visible in all project phases.
• You build strong collaboration between the project organization and local stakeholders to secure alignment and commitment.
• You drive local readiness activities and help the business prepare for new processes, systems, and ways of working.
• You support business-related decision-making by clarifying needs, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• You contribute to planning, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization with a clear focus on business adoption.
• You identify challenges early and help define mitigation actions together with relevant stakeholders.
• You drive change management and user readiness initiatives to support successful implementation.
• You monitor progress related to business readiness and adoption and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience working within production, manufacturing, operations, business development, or project environments.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in industrial organizations.
• Experience leading or supporting business transformation initiatives.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable activities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• A structured and organized way of working.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-support capabilities.
• Ability to drive alignment across different functions and organizational levels.
• Experience supporting organizational change and process adoption.

Nice to have

• Experience from SAP implementations or other ERP transformation projects.
• Swedish language skills.
