About the Role

You will play a central role in making consultant hiring smoother, clearer, and more effective in a complex organization. The focus is on running the full consultant engagement lifecycle with high quality, from intake and sourcing to onboarding changes and offboarding, while keeping administration, traceability, and compliance in good shape.

You will help shape better decisions by clarifying needs, challenging unclear requests, and creating structure in a fast-moving environment. Job Description

• You will manage the full lifecycle for consultant engagements, including intake review, coordination, administration, follow-up, extensions, early terminations, and offboarding.
• You will review incoming demand, clarify scope and requirements, and challenge unclear requests to support well-founded sourcing and engagement decisions.
• You will lead sourcing through an established supplier network and handle exceptions in a structured and compliant way.
• You will brief suppliers, review submissions, create shortlists, and give clear feedback to improve quality, relevance, and speed over time.
• You will support the selection process together with hiring stakeholders and contribute with commercial perspective and benchmarking.
• You will work closely with Procurement and adjacent teams to strengthen ways of working, support compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
• You will follow up on KPIs and reporting to create visibility and support better decision-making.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in consultant acquisition, contingent workforce coordination, procurement-supported hiring, or a similar role with supplier interaction, stakeholder management, and end-to-end process coordination.
• Relevant academic background, or equivalent professional experience, in HR, business, procurement, operations, or a related field.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders, influence without formal authority, and turn unclear demand into actionable requirements.
• Strong commercial awareness, structured judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to balance quality, speed, cost, and compliance.
• Experience working in an evolving environment with shifting priorities.
• Good familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS), KPI follow-up, and reporting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across business functions while maintaining delivery quality and supporting continuous improvement.
