About the Role
You will join a training team during a period of high activity, where several strategic learning initiatives need strong coordination and hands-on support. The work spans compliance training, certification program rollout, training content for an upcoming product launch, and a large international training event in a global, cross-functional environment.
In this role, you help keep priorities moving without compromising quality. You work closely with internal stakeholders, support day-to-day execution, and bring structure across multiple parallel workstreams. Job Description
- You coordinate the planning, execution, and follow-up of a large international training event.
- You support the rollout of a certification program and help secure smooth delivery across the organization.
- You contribute to the development and production of training materials for upcoming product launches.
- You provide support for compliance training content and help ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- You collaborate with learning coordinators, managers, and other stakeholders across markets and functions.
- You manage multiple parallel workstreams, track progress, and help keep milestones on schedule.
- You provide administrative and operational support that helps the training team maintain continuity during peak workload periods.
Requirements
- Experience in training administration and learning content development.
- Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Strong skills in project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to handle several workstreams at the same time with accuracy, consistency, and attention to quality.
