About the Role
You will play a key role in shaping cybersecurity work across multiple vehicle programs in a complex automotive environment. The focus is on coordinating product cybersecurity activities, supporting compliance with evolving regulations, and helping teams stay aligned with a mature Product Security Cybersecurity Management System.
A large part of the role centers on market-specific certification and compliance, with particular emphasis on Korean CSMS requirements, while also supporting work related to UN R155, ISO/SAE 21434, Euro 7 Anti-Tampering, and other cybersecurity regulations. This is a strong opportunity for you who want to combine hands-on automotive cybersecurity knowledge with program coordination and compliance work in a highly relevant domain.
Job Description
- You will lead and coordinate product cybersecurity deliverables across assigned vehicle programs.
- You will support planning and execution of cybersecurity milestones, deliverables, and governance activities.
- You will align cybersecurity work with PS CSMS processes, business milestones, and internal governance.
- You will coordinate activities across engineering teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- You will prepare and coordinate audits, assessments, certifications, self-certifications, and type approval activities.
- You will support compliance work related to UN R155, ISO/SAE 21434, Korean CSMS, Euro 7 Anti-Tampering, and other market-specific regulations.
- You will monitor regulatory changes and help update related processes, templates, and policies.
- You will define and communicate cybersecurity requirements to suppliers and support supplier compliance assessments.
- You will drive follow-up actions and help secure progress against agreed plans.
- You will track risks, dependencies, issues, assumptions, and decisions, and provide clear status reporting for management.
Requirements
- Strong experience within automotive cybersecurity, not enterprise security.
- Practical hands-on experience working with UN R155, ISO/SAE 21434, and automotive CSMS frameworks.
- Experience supporting cybersecurity audits, certifications, and compliance activities.
- Good understanding of E/E architecture, ECUs, vehicle systems, and vehicle development programs.
- Strong background in project or program management, including milestones, deliverables, time plans, resources, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate several vehicle programs in parallel.
- Experience with audits, certification programs, governance frameworks, or other compliance-driven initiatives.
- Ability to prepare teams and documentation for external assessments.
- Hands-on experience in automotive cybersecurity implementation and compliance activities.
Nice to have
- Experience with Korean CSMS certification.
- Experience with vehicle homologation or type approval activities.
- Experience coordinating cybersecurity activities with suppliers.
- Knowledge of automotive cybersecurity verification and validation processes.
- Experience from connected vehicle environments such as connectivity, cloud or offboard security, and OTA ecosystems.
