About the Role

You will help shape how physical products meet customers through packaging, product graphics and printed materials. In this role, you will work in an international product environment where ideas move from early concept work to production-ready artwork and market launch.

You will be part of a global design team and work closely with Industrial Design, Marketing, Procurement, Logistics and external suppliers. The role combines creative concept development with hands-on production work, and gives you the chance to influence both design quality and the way graphic solutions are built, documented and scaled.

Job Description

• You will develop concepts and graphic solutions for product packaging.
• You will create and evolve packaging design systems, templates and reusable graphic assets.
• You will design product graphics, labels and markings in close collaboration with Industrial Design.
• You will develop and refine in-box literature such as guides, instructions and other materials included with products.
• You will update and quality-assure existing printed materials and customer-facing content.
• You will produce technical illustrations and drawings for use across different media and touchpoints.
• You will prepare print-ready artwork, specifications and production materials for external suppliers.
• You will create templates and graphics for presentations, posters and other printed media.
• You will collaborate across teams, organisations and countries, and contribute to better tools, methods and best practices within Graphic Design.

Requirements

• University degree in Graphic Design or another relevant design discipline.
• A few years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Recent and documented experience in packaging design.
• Experience taking design solutions from initial concept and exploration through production and commercialisation.
• Ability to prepare production-ready artwork and communicate effectively with external suppliers.
• Experience in product graphics, labels, printed materials or technical illustrations.
• Experience working cross-functionally across multiple teams, organisations and countries.
• Good understanding of design thinking and how research and user insights can inform design decisions.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work independently, manage several parallel deliverables and maintain high quality in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience from international design projects.
• Experience with products within smart home technology, consumer electronics or security solutions.
