About the Role

You will join an agile team working with industrial data management and analytics in a global manufacturing environment. The focus is on making manufacturing data accessible and useful, which means you will contribute to solutions that connect data, systems and business needs in a practical way.

This is a role for you who enjoy combining strong development skills with an understanding of how organizations and business processes work. You will collaborate closely with other developers and help shape technical decisions in a team that works across connectivity, data and analytics. The role is especially interesting if you want to influence how data-driven capabilities are built in a complex industrial setting.

Job Description

• You will work as a senior developer in an agile team with feature development and bug fixing.
• You will collaborate with developers across connectivity, data and analytics and share your technical expertise.
• You will develop and improve solutions for making manufacturing data accessible through modern APIs and data models.
• You will contribute to technical maintenance by identifying improvements, proposing how to move forward and implementing changes in line with team and architecture decisions.
• You will create and maintain technical documentation that supports the team's ongoing development and operations.

Requirements

• Strong experience in object-oriented development using Java and/or C#.
• Experience with Agile software development.
• Experience using Git, Docker and CI/CD.
• Experience with data modelling.
• Experience developing REST APIs.
• Experience with API Management.
• Good understanding of organizations and business processes.
• Experience working with both functional and technical requirements, often in a global environment.
• University degree.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Understanding of industrial and manufacturing processes.
