About the Role

You will step into a fast-paced internal communications role where the focus is to create clarity, engagement and momentum around development initiatives and academy programs. This is a hands-on assignment for someone who enjoys owning delivery from start to finish rather than stopping at strategy or planning.

You will work across several formats and channels, shape communication that reaches both participants and leaders, and help turn important initiatives into communication that people notice and act on. The role is a strong fit if you enjoy moving quickly, making things happen, and creating visible impact through well-executed campaigns.

Job Description

• You will drive communication activities for development plan campaigns and academy-related initiatives.
• You will create and publish content for SharePoint pages, newsletters, email, Teams channels, short videos and testimonials.
• You will produce communication materials that support engagement, reach and behaviour change.
• You will coordinate with participants, vendors and other communication resources to keep delivery aligned and moving forward.
• You will support the design of workshop materials for open workshops.
• You will create summary communication materials that highlight program outcomes and participant stories.
• You will follow up on distribution and reach, and report on communication performance.

Requirements

• You have senior experience in internal communications and can work independently from day one with limited direction.
• You have a proven track record of running communication campaigns end to end, not only supporting them.
• You are execution-oriented and comfortable driving projects through to completion.
• You work well in a fast-moving, high-intensity environment.
• You are comfortable producing content in multiple formats, including short video, testimonials, SharePoint pages, newsletters, email and Teams content.
• You have experience coordinating stakeholders, gathering input and keeping communication aligned with central guidelines.
• You have experience with campaign or behaviour-change communications, not only informational updates.
