About the Role

You will take a key role in shaping future concepts for ECU Software and HV/LV Electronics in an engineering environment focused on sustainable mobility. This is an early-phase role where technical direction matters: you will evaluate possibilities, define feasible concepts, and help turn new ideas into robust solutions that can move toward production.

As the technical authority in your area, you will work across engineering disciplines and connect concept development with product development, systems architecture, quality, cost, and timing. You will not only explore what is technically possible, but also help define what is worth pursuing and how it should be realized in practice.

You will collaborate closely with suppliers, R&D teams, and stakeholders who depend on clear technical guidance from the start. This is a strong opportunity for you if you enjoy combining deep technical knowledge with broad influence over future electronics solutions.

Job Description

• You will lead the creation and validation of concepts for ECU Software and HV/LV electronics systems.
• You will work with cross-functional teams to define requirements, assess feasibility, and align solutions with quality, cost, and time objectives.
• You will drive technology development within High Voltage and Low Voltage electronics, with a focus on sustainability and efficiency.
• You will act as a technical focal point for defining ECU Software solutions that meet future demands for performance, scalability, and environmental standards.
• You will coordinate with suppliers, R&D teams, and other stakeholders to support smooth integration into production environments.
• You will contribute to technology strategies and template generation processes within your area of expertise.
• You will provide guidance on systems architecture, safety regulations, and relevant engineering standards.
• You will support analysis and verification to help ensure robust and reliable solutions.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in ECU Software development.
• Strong hands-on experience in High Voltage and Low Voltage electronics in industrial applications.
• Excellent understanding of Product Development and Concept Development Processes.
• Around 7–10 years of relevant engineering experience, with a strong track record in concept development, analysis, and verification of electronics systems.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

• Swedish language proficiency.
