About the Role

You will take end-to-end ownership of a project within identity and access management, from shaping the mission and OKRs to optimizing the delivered solution. The role is set in a technical environment where secure access, clear governance, and close collaboration across engineering teams are key. You will work across business needs, technical delivery, and stakeholder alignment, helping create structure in a setting with many dependencies and geographically distributed teams. This is a strong opportunity if you want broad ownership and real influence over IAM strategy, priorities, and delivery.

Job Description

• You will lead the full project lifecycle, from ideation and roadmap planning to execution, follow-up, and optimization.
• You will define the project mission and OKRs and turn them into a prioritized roadmap and team backlog.
• You will build alignment with key stakeholders and create strong collaboration across project teams.
• You will lead a cross-functional technical team of engineers and support a clear focus on business value.
• You will identify opportunities to improve IAM strategy, policies, and processes.
• You will coach the organization on IAM best practices and help strengthen ways of working in the area.
• You will identify and address IAM-related issues and help move the project forward in a pragmatic, hands-on way.
• You will define MVPs, manage backlog priorities, and de-scope when needed to enable fast feedback cycles.

Requirements

• Experience owning projects end-to-end, from ideation to optimization.
• Experience leading technical teams in development environments with many dependencies.
• Ability to translate project mission and OKRs into a clear roadmap and prioritized backlog.
• IAM knowledge and experience.
• Good understanding of directory services such as Active Directory, Azure AD, B2B/B2C, Microsoft Entra, and Microsoft Azure AD Identity Governance.
• Experience with Jira.
• A structured and pragmatic way of setting priorities and communicating clearly in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Experience leading geographically distributed technical teams.
• Knowledge of IAM/PAM solutions such as SailPoint, One Identity, Saviynt, or CyberArk.
• Experience documenting IAM processes and procedures and reporting IAM system activity.
