About the Role

You will join a banking environment where data, systems, and business processes need to come together in a clear and usable way. In this role, you will help shape IT solutions by turning business needs into detailed requirements and by creating a strong understanding of how data supports the domain.

You will work closely with architects and business stakeholders, acting as the link between business and IT. The role combines requirements management, data analysis, and solution design, which means you will have real influence on how future solutions are defined and documented. Job Description

• You will elicit, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• You will create alignment between business and IT by making requirements clear, transparent, and actionable.
• You will extract, analyze, visualize, and interpret data from different sources to support requirements analysis and solution design.
• You will create data mappings and help clarify how information moves across systems.
• You will perform gap analyses between current and target-state solutions.
• You will contribute to IT solution design together with architects and other stakeholders.
• You will document data flows and describe the target solution in a structured way.
• You will participate actively in team ceremonies and contribute to day-to-day collaboration.
• You will work with stakeholders across the organization to build alignment and move the work forward.
• You will support continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, surfacing challenges, and contributing to team and capability development.
• You will produce key artifacts such as solution requirements with acceptance criteria, target-state solution descriptions, and detailed solution design documentation.

Requirements

• Experience working with Snowflake.
• Experience with requirements management, including documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ability to analyze, visualize, and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Experience creating data mappings.
• Ability to perform gap analysis between as-is and to-be solutions.
• Experience contributing to IT solution design.
• Ability to document data flows and describe target-state solutions clearly in text.
• Experience working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Good English skills.
