About the Role

You will step into a key role in a complex HR technology environment where stability is business-critical. The focus is to keep the current PeopleSoft solution running smoothly while also driving support and development work forward. At the same time, you will help create continuity as the organization moves toward Workday, making sure the existing platform remains reliable throughout the transition.

This is a hands-on role for you who enjoy combining operations, development, and stakeholder dialogue. You will work close to both business users and technical teams, take ownership of important issues, and help shape how the current HR platform is maintained and improved. The role is especially interesting if you want to influence both day-to-day platform stability and a larger transformation journey.

Job Description

• You will keep the current PeopleSoft solution stable, available, and fit for daily business use.
• You will lead support and development activities across the platform, with a practical and solution-oriented approach.
• You will handle incident resolution, problem management, and solution patches to secure steady operations.
• You will work hands-on in PeopleSoft using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, and Application Designer.
• You will collaborate closely with business users, HR stakeholders, and other technical teams to understand needs and turn them into workable solutions.
• You will support the transition toward Workday by helping maintain continuity and reducing operational risk in the existing HR platform.
• You will work independently while staying closely connected to both business and IT stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of PeopleSoft development, support, and maintenance experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, and Application Designer.
• Strong SQL and Oracle database knowledge.
• Experience leading incident resolution, problem management, and solution patching while ensuring stable operations.
• Ability to communicate confidently with business users, HR stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with business and IT teams.
• Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English.
• A proactive, self-driven, and service-oriented way of working.
