About the Role

You will step into a data-focused role in the banking sector where clear requirements and well-structured solution design are central to delivering business value. In this assignment, you work closely with architects and business stakeholders to turn complex needs into practical IT solutions that are grounded in both process understanding and data insight.

You are expected to build a strong understanding of the business domain as well as the data and systems that support it. This is a role for someone who enjoys connecting the dots between business and IT, making complexity easier to understand, and helping shape the target solution. Job Description

• You will gather, validate and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• You will act as a bridge between business and IT to create alignment and transparency around solution needs.
• You will extract, analyze, visualize and interpret data from different sources as input for requirements analysis and solution design.
• You will create data mappings and support a clear understanding of how information moves across systems.
• You will perform gap analysis between the current and target solution.
• You will contribute to IT solution design together with architects and other stakeholders.
• You will document data flows and describe the target solution in a clear and structured way.
• You will take part in team ceremonies, collaborate closely with others and help move work forward without unnecessary escalation.
• You will contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement at both team and broader capability level.

Requirements

• Experience working in a Snowflake-related analyst role.
• Strong experience in requirements management and data analysis.
• Ability to elicit, validate and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience extracting, analyzing, visualizing and interpreting data from multiple sources.
• Experience creating data mappings and performing gap analysis between as-is and to-be solutions.
• Ability to document data flows and produce clear descriptions of target IT solutions and detailed solution design.
• Experience collaborating with architects and business stakeholders to shape solution design.
• Extensive knowledge of Axiom/Controller View reporting applications and solid Nasdaq reporting analysis experience.
