About the Role
You will join an international industrial and technology environment where reliable equipment performance is critical. In this hands-on role, you will work close to advanced robotic and industrial systems, helping customers keep operations running through troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance. You will combine practical engineering work with customer-facing service, spending much of your time on-site where technical issues need to be solved quickly, safely, and with high quality. Job Description
- You will perform field service, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on robotic and industrial equipment.
- You will carry out preventive maintenance based on product and equipment lifecycle maintenance programs.
- You will support customers on-site and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- You will diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and determine the right corrective actions.
- You will deliver service work in a safe, professional, and cost-effective way.
- You will apply engineering principles and established procedures to solve technical and semi-technical problems.
- You will build strong working relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers.
- You will make sure all work is completed in line with applicable safety guidelines and procedures.
Requirements
- Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- More than 2 years of hands-on experience in repair, maintenance, field service, or similar technical work
- Good understanding of technical products, equipment, and engineering concepts
- Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and mechanical equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
Nice to have
- Previous experience working with robotics, automation, or industrial equipment
- Hands-on experience servicing robotic systems
- Strong technical interest in robotics and automation
- Experience working directly with customers in a field service environment
