About the Role

You will strengthen an AI and Data Science team that is building production-ready AI solutions across a broad range of use cases, from traditional machine learning to generative AI and agent-based systems. In this role, you will turn analytical ideas and business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions, while helping shape the tooling, infrastructure, and platform capabilities needed to support AI products at scale.

You will work closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders in a modern Google Cloud Platform environment. The role combines software engineering, cloud development, data engineering, and MLOps/LLMOps, making it a strong fit if you enjoy taking AI from concept to production in a technically ambitious setting.

Job Description

• You will design, develop, deploy, and operate AI solutions for production use.
• You will translate analytical and business requirements into scalable and maintainable applications and services.
• You will turn prototypes, models, and AI concepts into production-ready solutions together with Data Scientists and Data Engineers.
• You will help build and evolve the tooling, infrastructure, and platform capabilities required to support AI products at scale.
• You will drive MLOps and LLMOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, monitoring, version control, and observability.
• You will contribute to cloud-native development and infrastructure work in Google Cloud Platform.
• You will support architecture and engineering decisions for secure and reliable AI solutions in a distributed environment.

Requirements

• You have a master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.
• You have a strong software engineering background and excellent programming skills in Python.
• You have experience designing, developing, deploying, and operating production-grade AI solutions.
• You have a solid understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native application development.
• You have experience with MLOps and/or LLMOps practices, including CI/CD, version control, automation, monitoring, and observability.
• You have hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• You have experience managing cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably Terraform.
• You have experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• You can work closely with Data Scientists and turn prototypes, models, and AI concepts into production-ready solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vertex AI or similar AI/ML platforms.
• Experience building Generative AI applications, RAG solutions, AI assistants, or agent-based systems.
• Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise tools, APIs, data platforms, and business processes.
• Experience developing tools, services, or platforms that enable AI agents to interact with enterprise systems.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with high requirements on security, reliability, and governance.
