About the Role
You will join an advanced manufacturing environment where assembly lines, automation, and daily production need to work together with high precision. In this role, you will help shape and improve production processes, assembly methods, and the way work is carried out on the shop floor.
You will work closely with production teams, line technicians, operators, and line managers to support safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery. The role combines hands-on problem solving with long-term improvement work, which makes it a strong fit if you enjoy seeing the impact of your work directly in production.
Job Description
- You will develop and improve assembly methods and production processes.
- You will create and maintain work instructions and PFMEA documentation.
- You will secure that the right tools and equipment are available at the relevant production stations.
- You will work closely with line technicians, operators, and line managers in daily operations.
- You will take part in regular follow-up meetings around activities, priorities, and improvements.
- You will analyze production-related issues and drive them through to solution.
- You will drive continuous improvement within assembly and manufacturing.
- You will support the development of both existing and new production environments.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Engineer.
- Master’s degree in Production Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and World Class Manufacturing (WCM).
- Experience with PFMEA, assembly methods, and production improvement.
- You are comfortable taking ownership and working in a fast-paced production environment.

- Experience within assembly or factory development.
