About the Assignment
We are looking for a Financial Controller to support operational finance in a global organization. In this hands-on role, you will work with consolidated reporting, forecasting and financial follow-up, acting as a trusted finance partner to operational teams in close collaboration with FP&A and Accounting.
Job Description
- Perform monthly reporting and financial analysis for assigned operational areas
- Consolidate actuals, forecasts and budgets
- Follow up spend, CAPEX and COGS, and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Support accruals, capitalization and internal control activities
- Maintain audit documentation and support compliance-related work
- Drive continuous dialogue with non-finance stakeholders to ensure clear financial follow-up
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial controlling and/or operational finance
- Strong understanding of financial processes and governance
- Solid experience working with SAP
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to explain financial data in a clear and structured way
Nice to have
- Experience working in a global organization with multiple stakeholders
