About the Assignment
You will take a leading role in ensuring that a major Core Business Transformation program delivers measurable business value from its SAP transformation. The assignment focuses on defining how value is identified, measured, tracked, and realized across projects and workstreams—covering both financial and non-financial benefits. You’ll work closely with program leadership and cross-functional teams to align outcomes with strategic objectives and strengthen a value-driven culture throughout the transformation.
Job Description
- Define and implement value realization frameworks, KPIs, and metrics across the program
- Measure and track business value delivered by projects and workstreams, including tangible and intangible benefits
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify value drivers and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Provide reporting and insights on benefit realization to program leadership and key stakeholders
- Support decision-making by highlighting value gaps, risks to benefit realization, and optimization opportunities
- Promote a value-focused mindset across teams and the wider organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in business, finance, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Typically 5–8 years of experience in business transformation, value realization, or program management
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across diverse teams
- Advanced analytical and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership
