About the Assignment
We are looking for a Value Realization Lead to help ensure a major SAP S/4HANA transformation program delivers measurable and lasting business value. In this role, you will define how value is assessed, tracked, and communicated across projects and workstreams—connecting strategic objectives with execution and outcomes. You will work closely with program leadership as well as business and technical stakeholders to strengthen benefit realization and support value-based decision-making.
Job Description
- Define and implement a value realization framework, including metrics and ways of working across the program
- Measure and track realized benefits across projects and workstreams, including both financial and non-financial value
- Partner with business and technical teams to identify value drivers and align outcomes with strategic goals
- Provide insights, reporting, and transparent follow-up on benefit realization to leadership and key stakeholders
- Identify value gaps, risks to benefit realization, and opportunities to optimize outcomes
- Promote a value-focused mindset across the program and wider organization
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in business transformation, value realization, or program management
- Experience defining and implementing value realization frameworks and metrics
- Ability to track and communicate both tangible and intangible benefits
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across diverse teams
- Advanced analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably a master’s degree, in business, finance, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
