About the Assignment
As Product Owner for a Digital Dealer solution, you will drive a user-centric and business-aligned product that supports efficient workshop and dealer processes. The assignment combines agile product leadership with a strong focus on data-driven decisions, performance tracking, and alignment across multiple stakeholders and functions.
Job Description
- Own and prioritize the product backlog and maintain a transparent product roadmap
- Lead iterative, agile product development to maximize product value
- Ensure the solution supports effective workshop and dealer/service processes
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align priorities across functions
- Integrate AI, analytics, and data-driven insights into product development
- Define, track, and follow up on OKRs and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with strategic, security, and governance frameworks
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent
- Experience in agile delivery and iterative development
- Experience with digitalization of workshop or service processes
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Understanding of AI, data analytics, and digital ecosystems
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability
- Ability to define and monitor OKRs/KPIs
Nice to have
- Experience with UX
- Experience with cloud
- Experience working with D365 program teams and related ecosystems
