About the Assignment
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst for a consulting assignment in an international industrial environment. In this role, you will support digital transformation initiatives by working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to identify needs, evaluate solutions, and help implement improvements that strengthen efficiency and innovation.
You will play an important part in ensuring that digital initiatives are aligned with business goals and translated into practical, value-creating solutions.
Job Description
- Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for digital improvement.
- Advise on suitable digital and IT solutions that support business transformation.
- Support digital transformation projects and related initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Contribute to improved processes, efficiency, and system usage.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in IT, Business Analysis, or related fields.
- Experience working with digital transformation or IT-related projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively between business and technical teams.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
Nice to have
- Experience from manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Experience with requirements analysis, process development, or agile methodologies.
