About the Assignment

You will join a technically advanced R&D environment within the automotive industry, focused on developing next-generation powertrain solutions. This assignment sits at the intersection of calibration, controls, diagnostics and project leadership, where you help move development forward in a structured and efficient way.

You will take ownership of calibration-focused projects that run over several months and coordinate progress across multiple stakeholders. The role combines planning, prioritization and follow-up with close collaboration around technical areas such as emissions, attributes, performance and OBD. You will also work with both internal teams and external customers, helping align expectations, communicate progress and keep delivery balanced from both a technical and project perspective. Job Description

• You will lead calibration-related projects from planning through execution and follow-up.
• You will prioritize activities, track progress and help ensure that project goals stay on course.
• You will coordinate work connected to emissions, attributes, performance and OBD.
• You will drive alignment between teams and create a clear internal handover between involved functions.
• You will prepare and hold presentations, discussions and status updates with internal stakeholders and customers.
• You will support budget estimation, monitor budget status and help maintain balance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience in project leadership.
• Experience in powertrain development.
• Fluent English and Swedish.
• You are comfortable taking ownership and leading cross-functional teams.
• You can collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in powertrain software development.
• Understanding of attributes, emissions and OBD.
