About the Assignment
You will step into a broad and influential HRBP role where you support business leaders and management teams with both strategic guidance and hands-on HR work. In this assignment, you act as a trusted advisor in people matters, helping leaders make well-balanced decisions that combine business needs, employee experience, and compliance.
You will work across a wide HR agenda, from salary reviews and performance management to employee relations and union dialogue. Because the HR team works in an agile way, you will also take ownership of selected HR areas such as compensation and benefits processes and HR controlling. You will operate in an international environment and contribute to a consistent, high-quality manager experience. This is an especially interesting opportunity if you enjoy combining labor law expertise with practical business support in a role where your advice makes a clear difference.
Job Description
- You partner with leaders and management teams to drive people agendas aligned with business goals.
- You support and develop core HR processes such as salary review, performance management, and talent-related topics.
- You lead and advise on employee and labor relations, including union dialogue and negotiations.
- You guide leaders through complex HR matters with a pragmatic, solution-focused approach.
- You contribute to and lead initiatives within areas such as work environment, change management, labor law, and labor relations.
- You help strengthen the manager experience and support a workplace culture built on inclusion, diversity, and balance.
- You take ownership of selected HR topics, including compensation and benefits processes and HR controlling.
- You work in a role that includes travel.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HRBP experience supporting managers, business leaders, and management teams.
- Strong knowledge of Swedish labor law, with the ability to advise leaders confidently.
- Documented experience in union negotiations and labor relations.
- Strong knowledge of Compensation and Benefit in Sweden.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- You are self-driven, structured, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- You are confident moving between strategic work and day-to-day HR priorities.
- You build trust quickly with leaders, employees, and union counterparts.
- You have a pragmatic, action-oriented mindset and a strong ability to establish effective processes.
