About the Assignment
You will join a global Total Reward team in an international industrial environment where reward is a strategic lever for business performance, fairness, and compliance. In this role, you help shape how compensation, benefits, recognition, and job architecture are designed, implemented, and governed across the organization.
You work closely with HR colleagues and business leaders, turning market data, internal analysis, and legal requirements into practical reward frameworks that support both competitiveness and internal equity. A key part of the assignment is to strengthen reward governance in a changing regulatory landscape, including EU pay transparency, while supporting reporting linked to sustainability and remuneration.

Job Description
- You will drive and coordinate global reward processes, including annual salary reviews, STI/LTI programs, and recognition initiatives.
- You will develop and refine reward policies and guidelines based on market insights, internal analysis, and legal requirements.
- You will advise HR, managers, and business stakeholders on compensation, benefits, and job architecture.
- You will support benchmarking and analytics to strengthen market competitiveness and internal equity.
- You will help ensure compliance with local labor laws and EU pay transparency regulations.
- You will deliver training and guidance that helps the organization understand and apply the reward framework.
- You will contribute to reporting such as sustainability disclosures, annual report input, and remuneration reporting.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or a related field in an international setting.
- Experience working with compensation, benefits, and reward governance in a global context.
- Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Experience working with SuccessFactors and job evaluation methodologies, such as IPE.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have
- A Master's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with Power BI.
