About the Role

You will play a key role in improving how Technical System Ownership is structured across a large and complex automotive organization. This is not a software development role. Instead, you will focus on system ownership, governance, and cross-functional coordination, with the goal of creating clarity, structure, and practical ways of working that can be used across the business.

You will drive the TSO user journey and roadmap, closely connected to ongoing initiatives such as TMS1. The role includes understanding how system ownership works today, identifying gaps, and turning input from many stakeholders into clear guidance, decision support, and usable governance frameworks. If you enjoy navigating complexity and shaping how an organization works in practice, this role offers real influence.

Job Description

• You will drive the development and structuring of the TSO user journey and roadmap.
• You will map system landscapes, ownership structures, and relevant meta-models to create a clear view of how ownership is managed.
• You will work closely with TSOs, VFOs, architecture teams, and other stakeholders across the organization.
• You will consolidate input from multiple teams into practical guidelines and clear ways of working.
• You will gather questions, concerns, and feedback from stakeholders and turn them into actionable answers and decisions.
• You will develop instructions, frameworks, and governance models that are usable in day-to-day work.
• You will support alignment across a complex organizational setup and help ensure that agreed structures are implemented.
• You will actively drive progress and help move initiatives forward in an environment with evolving priorities.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience working as a Technical System Owner (TSO).
• Strong understanding of system ownership models, governance structures, and system landscapes.
• Experience working in large and complex organizations.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and functions.
• Ability to create clear documentation, instructions, and governance frameworks that work in practice.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience from a similar large-scale enterprise environment.
• Experience working with ownership meta-models.
• Experience in process development and defining ways of working.
• Experience from cross-domain coordination initiatives.
• Swedish language skills.
