About the Role

You will join a complex financial services environment where delivery excellence is key to creating predictable, outcome-focused results across cross-functional value streams. In this role, you will help strengthen Lean-Agile ways of working and improve how planning, prioritization, follow-up, and delivery come together across teams and stakeholders.

You will work closely with managers, team leads, project managers, architects, and other key stakeholders to create better flow, stronger transparency, and clearer alignment. The role combines coaching, facilitation, and operational improvement, which means you will both guide people and help shape the structures needed for successful delivery.

Job Description

• You will shape and lead Program Increments together with managers, team leads, and project managers.

• You will facilitate PI-related activities such as readiness sessions, PI Planning, and Inspect and Adapt workshops.

• You will improve inflow, prioritization, follow-up, and capacity planning to support more predictable deliveries.

• You will identify bottlenecks, increase flow efficiency, and drive continuous improvements based on data and transparency.

• You will make dependencies and risks visible, and help ensure they are tracked and managed effectively.

• You will coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Architects, and other stakeholders in Lean-Agile practices.

• You will strengthen collaboration across product, architecture, and operations.

• You will establish escalation paths and coordinate the resolution of delivery risks and issues.

• You will follow up on delivery metrics such as predictability, lead time, flow efficiency, and quality.

• You will communicate progress, status, and outcomes clearly to relevant stakeholders and provide hands-on support when needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience from leadership roles in Agile delivery environments, such as RTE, Delivery Lead, Program Lead, or similar.

• Experience facilitating large-scale Agile deliveries using SAFe or similar frameworks.

• Experience working with Program Increments and Agile planning processes.

• Strong facilitation, coaching, and training skills.

• Good understanding of delivery metrics and flow diagnostics, including predictability and cumulative flow.

• Experience using Jira and related Agile planning and visualization tools.

• Ability to influence, create alignment, and drive change without formal authority.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional environments.

• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience.

• Professional fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience from Agile software development environments.

• Understanding of financial services and market needs.
