Project Manager
Drive cross-functional projects in the heavy vehicle industry and help improve collaboration around complete vehicle delivery.
About the Company
At Avaron, you get the security of permanent employment combined with the variety of working at different customers. We place specialists across everything from tech, IT and industry to project management and business support – and whatever the assignment, you have a consultant manager who is there for you and your development.
About the Role
You will step into a broad and hands-on project management role in the heavy vehicle industry, where close collaboration between internal teams and external body builder partners is central to delivering complete vehicles. This is a practical role for you who enjoy working across both technical and coordinating activities, and who can create progress in an environment with many stakeholders and moving parts.
You will support development and cooperation projects connected to bus body builder collaboration, with a focus on structure, communication, and follow-through. The role suits you if you like variety, can adapt quickly to changing priorities, and are comfortable contributing wherever you are needed to move the work forward.
You will work in a cross-functional setting where you help turn body builder knowledge into clear input for internal teams, strengthen information flow, and support smoother cooperation across the full delivery chain. It is a strong opportunity for you who want a visible role with broad impact in a technically complex environment.

- You will support education, documentation, and knowledge transfer towards body builder partners.
