About the Role

You will take a key role in two parallel initiatives in a telecom environment where digital service development and network automation are both high on the agenda. One track focuses on launching a B2B admin self-service portal together with an external delivery partner. The other focuses on driving automation within the mobile core network, including an automation MVP and longer-term improvements across the domain.

This is a role for you who enjoy bringing structure to complex deliveries, aligning many stakeholders, and moving work from plan to production. You will work close to internal teams, external partners, and decision-makers, and you will help create momentum in both execution and strategy. The role is especially interesting if you want to combine classic project delivery with modern automation and AI-related discussions in a technically advanced telecom setting.

Job Description

• You will coordinate delivery between internal stakeholders and external partners for a B2B admin self-service portal.
• You will plan and drive rollout activities, acceptance testing, production installation, and handover to the receiving internal team.
• You will facilitate UX-related discussions and help move updates and improvements forward with stakeholders across Sweden and Denmark.
• You will align the portal initiative with a broader transformation involving migration from legacy systems to Amdocs APIs and, where relevant, interim legacy APIs.
• You will lead the core network automation initiative and keep progress, priorities, and delivery on track.
• You will manage an automation MVP delivery together with external parties and internal domain experts.
• You will identify and drive internal automation improvements across the Core domain, with focus on operational efficiency.
• You will help define long-term automation strategy and roadmap together with stakeholders and steer the work toward leadership expectations.
• You will coordinate resources across line organization, external partners, and other contributors to secure progress and decisions.

Requirements

• Strong project management experience
• Experience running automation projects, for example within GitOps
• Ability to drive value-focused delivery
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to mediate technical discussions
• Experience in stakeholder management and decision facilitation
• General understanding of mobile core networks
• AI understanding
• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Experience with core network upgrades or deliveries
• Experience from projects at a mobile operator
• Understanding of Cloud Core infrastructure
• Experience with GitOps, GitLab, or GitHub
• Background in testing or quality assurance
• Swedish language skills
• Experience from mobile core operations
