About the Role

You will work close to production in a Factory IT & Digitalization team where stable IT support is essential for daily operations. In this role, you help keep PCs, applications and connected services running in a critical industrial environment, with a clear link to production, integration and robotics. You become part of a skilled support team and work across incident handling, change management and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with production technicians, system suppliers and stakeholders across the organization. The role fits you if you enjoy hands-on troubleshooting while also understanding how applications, integrations and infrastructure work together. Job Description

• You will provide PC and application support for production in a factory environment.
• You will troubleshoot PCs, applications and IT systems and help restore service quickly when issues occur.
• You will coordinate incidents for the infrastructure and applications your team supports.
• You will manage and implement changes in systems and services within the team’s area of responsibility.
• You will contribute to application management when needed and support integrations between systems.
• You will drive improvement work related to processes, documentation and monitoring in the technical environment.
• You will work with problem management to prevent recurring issues and identify root causes of serious incidents.
• You will discuss improvement actions with production technicians and system suppliers.
• You will keep the application and tools register updated.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and applications in a production environment.
• Knowledge of how to troubleshoot PCs and IT systems.
• Experience managing contacts at different levels within the organization.
• Ability to understand the relationship between applications, integrations and infrastructure.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Experience with Intune and Entra.
• Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, basic Linux, networking, server management and SQL.
• Experience writing documentation and instructions.
• Experience working in case management systems such as ServiceNow.
• Experience with the Windows Server platform.
• Understanding of software development and the ability to program and analyze in one or more programming languages.
• Experience working within the ITIL framework.
• University degree.
