About the Role
You will join a venture and new business environment that is rolling out a digital platform for used truck parts. The mission is not only to bring customers onto the platform, but to make sure workshops and partners use it in their daily work, see clear value, and stay engaged over time. In this role, you will work close to the market and help turn rollout plans into real customer adoption.
You will partner closely with commercial, product, and tech stakeholders while working hands-on with workshops and partners. By combining onboarding, activation, feedback gathering, and performance follow-up, you will help shape how the platform develops and scales. Job Description
- You will work closely with the Commercial & Growth Lead to drive rollout, onboarding, and activation.
- You will lead onboarding and enablement activities for workshops using the platform.
- You will support customers after go-live to increase adoption, repeat usage, and long-term engagement.
- You will run user tests and gather structured feedback from customers and partners.
- You will turn customer insights into clear feature requests and improvement actions for internal teams.
- You will help define KPIs and follow performance related to activation, usage, and customer value.
- You will contribute to willingness-to-pay interviews and provide input to the commercial model.
- You will act as the voice of the customer in close collaboration with Commercial, Product, and Tech.
Requirements
- Experience from large rollouts, implementations, or customer enablement.
- Strong experience in customer-facing roles.
- Experience working in fast-moving environments.
- Comfort working hands-on with onboarding, activation, and ongoing customer usage.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, and Tech teams.
- Comfort working with data, KPIs, and performance follow-up.
- English required.
Nice to have
- Experience working closely with Product and Tech teams.
- Experience with marketplace platforms or multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience with KPI tracking and performance-driven operations.
- Swedish or additional European languages.
