About the Role

You will join a Mechanical Engineering PLM team where you help strengthen how hardware development works with Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform. In this role, you act as the link between business and IT, turning real engineering needs into practical PLM solutions that support day-to-day work and long-term platform adoption.

You will work close to business stakeholders, developers, architects, and engineering representatives in an environment where collaboration, clarity, and hands-on problem solving matter. This is a great opportunity if you want to influence solution design, testing, and user adoption around a central PLM platform in a complex product development setting.

Job Description

• You will collaborate with business representatives in hardware development to understand needs, challenges, and ways of working.
• You will capture, refine, and structure requirements into clear use cases and solution requirements.
• You will support solution design discussions related to 3DEXPERIENCE and help connect business goals with technical possibilities.
• You will validate solutions against business needs and help ensure they are usable, relevant, and fit for purpose.
• You will plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities as part of solution validation.
• You will facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to move decisions forward and create alignment.
• You will coach and support team members who are building their knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE.
• Minimum 5 years of PLM experience.
• Strong understanding of PLM processes within hardware and product development.
• Experience translating business requirements into use cases and solution requirements.
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Experience working closely with both business and development teams.
• Experience in solution validation and testing.
• Strong communication skills and solid stakeholder management experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to complete background checks covering education, employment history, identity, and citizenship verification.

Nice to have

• Experience with Teamcenter.
• Experience from large-scale PLM transformation programs.
• Experience from the automotive industry.
• Experience working in global organizations.
• Experience with change management and user adoption.
• 5+ years within PLM and 3+ years working with 3DEXPERIENCE.
