About the Role

You will step into an R&D environment where next-generation automation and industrial products are shaped from idea to production-ready solution. Here, industrial design is a central part of product development, with equal focus on functionality, aesthetics, usability, and user experience.

In this role, you will help turn complex technical needs into clear, well-designed products. You will contribute your own ideas, explore new concepts, and work closely with engineering and product development teams in an international setting. Job Description

• You will develop industrial design concepts for advanced technology products and solutions.
• You will create and refine 3D models from early concept work through more mature design stages.
• You will produce product visualizations and presentations that communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
• You will contribute design solutions that balance functionality, aesthetics, manufacturability, and user experience.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across R&D, engineering, and product development.
• You will support the productization process and help transform concepts into solutions suitable for production.
• You will identify design challenges independently and contribute practical, innovative ways forward.
• You will stay up to date with methods, tools, and trends within industrial design and relevant technology areas.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Industrial Design.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an Industrial Designer.
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Strong proficiency in KeyShot.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating industrial design expertise, including concept development, 3D modelling, visualization, and product design.
• Experience working in product development and/or R&D environments.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
