About the Role
You will take a broad project role in an environment where vehicle development depends on close collaboration between internal teams and external body builder partners. The focus is to create structure, alignment, and momentum across technical and coordination-heavy activities so that complete vehicle deliveries run smoothly.
This is a hands-on role for you who enjoy variety and can move between planning, follow-up, knowledge sharing, and day-to-day problem solving. You will work in a cross-functional industrial setting with many stakeholders and a clear connection to product development. It is a strong opportunity if you want a wide scope and real influence in a complex vehicle environment.
Job Description
- You support and drive development and collaboration projects in a cross-functional setup.
- You turn body builder knowledge, including BBM and BBMQA, into clear and structured input for internal teams.
- You contribute to project planning, follow-up, and reporting related to scope, time, and cost.
- You identify risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement and help move actions forward.
- You facilitate collaboration, information flow, and problem solving between functions and external partners.
- You support education and knowledge transfer toward body builder partners.
- You contribute where needed across several areas of the complete vehicle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Approximately 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or similar roles.
- Background in technical, development, or industrial environments.
- Experience working in cross-functional settings with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience from the bus, automotive, or heavy vehicle industry, preferably bus.
- Fluent English and Swedish, spoken and written.
- You are comfortable working in a broad role where priorities can shift and where you combine structure with flexibility.
Nice to have
- Basic training or certification in Project Management or Agile methodologies.
- Experience from customer-facing or partner-facing roles.
- Experience with documentation, coordination, or training and knowledge transfer.
- Additional languages.
