About the Role

You will step into a key role in a global service environment where processes and tools need to support both business strategy and customer needs. This is a hands-on assignment for you if you enjoy combining business architecture with execution and want to create structure that works in practice.

You will help shape how service processes are designed, improved, and supported by the right tools. You will work at the intersection of business, process, and application perspectives, where your input will influence how the organization develops and adopts more standardized ways of working.

Job Description

• You will lead and execute the development of service processes and supporting tools.
• You will align processes with business strategy and customer needs to create clear and effective ways of working.
• You will drive standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement across the service area.
• You will collaborate with global stakeholders, process owners, and application owners to build shared understanding and practical solutions.
• You will support the adoption of new and updated processes and tools in the organization.
• You will help ensure that process and tool development is carried out in line with HSE compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in business process management.
• Experience in business architecture.
• Experience working in global environments with several stakeholders.
• Hands-on delivery capability and the ability to move from direction to execution.
• Ability to drive standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement.
• Experience collaborating with both process owners and application owners.
• Understanding of HSE compliance in process and tool-related work.
